Pressing the Start Button Again

Started running again. Even got to run in shorts, but then the cold came back. During the warm spell (I) managed to get EB and I up into Ponca Hills for some good pedaling on a few occasions. We'll see how the running goes. The time I want hit up my solo-ultra will fall right around the Bishop trip time. It would be freaking sweet to dish up the 50 there, but it'd take some serious planning. I will definitely put in some longer runs while there, that's for sure.

Last weekend brought the Lincoln Flatland Comp to our feet and fingers. Really good times this year. Good routes, good competition, good peeps. I went with Nicole and Chris but there were probably a dozen of us from Omaha that all did really well. How can you go wrong? Climbing followed by catered BBQ feasting afterwards? Oh, then pizza and beer. Then more beer and good times. Plus a rare treat climbing photos of me. Doug Lentz was catching some of the action from above.

Post comp wind down. Another Cannon story being told.
Lincoln Couch Buddies
This cat loved boot laces!

Got a chance to shoot Chris's latest ink session at Liquid Courage. He was down for 3.5 hours and got a lot done. Check out the goods here.

Oh, how about a little wedding book that I put together this week? Sure.

Pretty lame post.
