Olympic Trials Banner + Photo Terrorism

I had stopped my bike under a tree in the shade and grabbed my camera out of my bag and began fiddling with some settings. Tires came to a grinding halt in front of me. 

Security Guard Douche: Hey, are you gonna take pictures?

Me: Um yeah, I was about to. Why not?

Douche: You can't.

Me: Why not?

Douche: It's not allowed

Me: Why not?

Douche: They don't want people taking pictures of it. 

Me: Why not? Wait... What if I cross the street and shoot from there?

Douche: I can't do anything about it.

Me: Alright.

I put my camera back in my bag and the security guard left. -- I then got my camera back out, clicked off a few frames, rolled down the street to the corner, shot a wide shot and left, waving at the security guard as he drove by again. The banner is about 260 x 60 feet and will be lit up tonight with lights that animate the flow of water on the building.
